JiliKing Terms & Conditions

By accessing, registering on, or using the JiliKing platform (available at jiliking.app and through the JiliKing mobile application), you ("the Player," "you," or "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the JiliKing platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and JiliKing ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the JiliKing platform and close your account.

JiliKing reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend that you review these Terms periodically.

To register and use the JiliKing platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. JiliKing strictly enforces the minimum age requirement of 21 years in accordance with Philippine gambling regulations. Providing false information about your age is a serious violation of these Terms and may constitute fraud under Philippine law.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, automated bots, and non-human actors are not permitted to hold JiliKing accounts.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of a JiliKing employee or contractor.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by JiliKing or by any regulatory authority.

JiliKing takes its obligations regarding underage gambling seriously. If we have reason to believe that a player is under 21 years of age, we will immediately suspend the account pending verification. Any winnings accrued by an underage player will be forfeited in full.

To access JiliKing's games and services, you must create a registered account. The following rules apply to all JiliKing accounts:

• One Account Per Player: Each player is permitted to hold only one JiliKing account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different payment methods — is strictly prohibited. JiliKing uses technical and manual verification methods to detect duplicate accounts.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You are responsible for keeping this information current.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. JiliKing will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• No Account Sharing: You may not share your account credentials with any other person or allow any other person to access or use your JiliKing account.
• Account Verification (KYC): JiliKing may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. Required documents may include a government-issued ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

JiliKing reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

All financial transactions on JiliKing are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Payment Methods: JiliKing currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Accepted payment methods are subject to change at JiliKing's discretion.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Minimum deposit amounts for specific payment methods may vary and will be displayed at the time of transaction.
• Withdrawal Processing: JiliKing aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank.
• Withdrawal Verification: JiliKing reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the JiliKing account holder.
• No Third-Party Payments: You may not deposit funds from a payment account that does not belong to you, and withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Transaction Limits: JiliKing may impose minimum and maximum transaction limits at its discretion. Current limits are displayed within your account dashboard.

JiliKing reserves the right to reverse any deposit or withhold any withdrawal if we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

JiliKing offers various bonuses, promotions, and special events to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual offer:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus will be stated in the promotion's specific terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. JiliKing reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion.
• One Bonus Per Household: Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers are limited to one per household, IP address, device, or payment method.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering strategies, or any other method — will result in the cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.
• Expiry: Bonuses that are not used or wagered within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from your account automatically.
• Modification and Cancellation: JiliKing reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

In the event of any dispute regarding a bonus or promotion, JiliKing's decision shall be final and binding.

JiliKing offers a range of online games including Kalaka Bingo, Lucky Bingo, Monster Dice, Plinko, Captain Fisher, Happy Fishing, and E-Sports betting. The following rules apply across all JiliKing game titles:

• Random Number Generation: All JiliKing games that involve an element of chance use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently tested and verified for fairness and randomness.
• Game-Specific Rules: Each game on JiliKing is governed by its own set of rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of each game before placing a wager.
• Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or connectivity issue that affects the outcome of a game, JiliKing reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager to the player's account. JiliKing's decision in such matters is final.
• Disconnection Policy: JiliKing is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of a player's internet disconnection or device failure during a game session. Players are advised to ensure a stable internet connection before commencing play.
• E-Sports Betting: E-Sports wagers are subject to the specific rules and settlement terms published for each event. JiliKing reserves the right to void or suspend E-Sports markets in the event of match cancellation, postponement, or verified match-fixing.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the JiliKing platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in circumventing the one-account-per-player rule.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the JiliKing platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with JiliKing's software, games, or systems.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human means to interact with the JiliKing platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any JiliKing game.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a software error are not valid and will be forfeited.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward JiliKing staff or other players.
• Attempting to charge back, reverse, or dispute any legitimate deposit transaction.

All content on the JiliKing platform — including but not limited to game software, graphics, animations, audio, text, logos, trademarks, and the JiliKing brand name — is the exclusive intellectual property of JiliKing or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the JiliKing platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any JiliKing content without prior written authorization.
• Use the JiliKing name, logo, or branding in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without written consent.
• Create derivative works based on JiliKing's games, software, or content.
• Use JiliKing content for any commercial purpose whatsoever.

Any unauthorized use of JiliKing's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by JiliKing.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, JiliKing, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the JiliKing platform.
• Any loss of funds resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the JiliKing platform or any game, whether planned or unplanned.
• Any loss or damage arising from reliance on information provided on the JiliKing platform.
• Any technical failures, including server outages, internet connectivity issues, or device malfunctions.

JiliKing's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your JiliKing account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit JiliKing's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

JiliKing is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care to players seriously. We provide the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts to help manage their spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session time reminders to receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel they need a break from gaming may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests can be submitted through your account settings or by contacting JiliKing support.
• Reality Checks: JiliKing provides in-session notifications to help players stay aware of their gaming activity and time spent on the platform.

JiliKing strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and will not knowingly permit underage individuals to access the platform. Gaming should always be a form of entertainment — never a financial strategy or a way to resolve financial difficulties.

JiliKing reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete required identity verification (KYC) within the specified timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal from your payment provider.
• Detection of a duplicate account.
• A request from a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.
• A player-initiated self-exclusion request.

Upon account closure, JiliKing will return any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) to the player via their registered payment method, provided that no outstanding verification requirements or investigations are pending. JiliKing is not obligated to return funds where account closure is the result of a breach of these Terms.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their JiliKing account may do so by contacting our support team. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.

JiliKing collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By registering on JiliKing, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Key points regarding your data on JiliKing:

• Your personal data is used to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, and comply with legal obligations.
• JiliKing does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Your data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law.

JiliKing reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, JiliKing will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the JiliKing platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure.

The date of the most recent revision to these Terms is displayed at the top of this page. We recommend that you review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the JiliKing platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

For disputes relating to game outcomes or account decisions, JiliKing's internal dispute resolution process must be exhausted before any external legal action is initiated. To raise a dispute, please contact JiliKing support with full details of your complaint. JiliKing will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and provide a final decision within 14 business days.
