JiliKing ("we," "us," "our," or "the Company") operates the online gaming platform accessible at jiliking.app and through the JiliKing mobile application. We are committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of every player who registers and uses our platform.

JiliKing does not intentionally collect sensitive personal information beyond what is required for identity verification and regulatory compliance. Where sensitive personal information is collected (such as government ID numbers), it is handled with the highest level of security and access controls.

JiliKing collects personal data through the following means:

• Marketing Communications: To send you promotional offers, bonus notifications, and platform updates, where you have provided consent or where we have a legitimate interest in doing so. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time through your account settings.
• Legal Proceedings: To establish, exercise, or defend legal claims arising from your use of the JiliKing platform.

JiliKing does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for commercial purposes. We may share your personal data with the following categories of recipients, strictly on a need-to-know basis:

• Payment Processors: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment service providers, for the purpose of processing your deposits and withdrawals. These providers are bound by their own privacy policies and applicable Philippine financial regulations.
• Identity Verification Providers: Third-party KYC and AML screening service providers engaged by JiliKing to verify your identity and screen for money laundering risks, as required by PAGCOR and AMLA regulations.

JiliKing retains your personal data only for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable Philippine law. The following retention periods apply:

• Account Data: Retained for the duration of your active JiliKing account, plus a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, as required by PAGCOR licensing conditions and AMLA regulations.
• Transaction Records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of each transaction, in compliance with AMLA record-keeping requirements.
• KYC and Identity Verification Documents: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure or the completion of the relevant transaction, whichever is later.
• Customer Support Records: Retained for three (3) years from the date of the last interaction, or longer if the records are relevant to an ongoing dispute or legal proceeding.
• Marketing Consent Records: Retained for the duration of your consent, plus three (3) years following withdrawal of consent, to demonstrate compliance with consent requirements.
• Technical and Usage Data: Retained for up to twelve (12) months, unless required for longer periods for security or fraud investigation purposes.

The JiliKing platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 years and above, in accordance with Philippine gambling regulations. JiliKing does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.

If JiliKing becomes aware that personal data has been collected from an individual under the age of 21, we will immediately suspend the associated account, delete the personal data in question, and take appropriate steps to prevent further access by the underage individual.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child under the age of 21 has registered a JiliKing account or provided personal data to JiliKing, please contact our support team immediately. We will investigate and take prompt action to address the situation.

JiliKing primarily processes and stores personal data within the Philippines. In certain circumstances, your personal data may be transferred to or processed by service providers located outside the Philippines — for example, cloud infrastructure providers or technology vendors operating in other jurisdictions.

Where such international transfers occur, JiliKing ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your personal data, including:

• Transferring data only to countries or organizations that provide an adequate level of data protection as determined by the National Privacy Commission.
• Implementing contractual data protection clauses with all international service providers that receive your personal data.
• Conducting due diligence on all international service providers to verify their data security practices and compliance with applicable data privacy laws.

JiliKing will not transfer your personal data to any jurisdiction or organization that does not provide adequate data protection safeguards without first obtaining your explicit consent, except where such transfer is required by Philippine law.

JiliKing reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable Philippine laws and regulations, or PAGCOR licensing requirements.

When material changes are made to this Privacy Policy, JiliKing will notify registered players by email and/or through a prominent notice on the JiliKing platform at least fourteen (14) days before the changes take effect. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the JiliKing platform after the effective date of any revised Privacy Policy constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the revised Privacy Policy, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure.

We recommend that you review this Privacy Policy periodically to stay informed of how JiliKing protects your personal data. All previous versions of this Privacy Policy are superseded by the current version.

If you are not satisfied with JiliKing's response to your data privacy concern, you have the right to lodge a formal complaint with the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines (NPC). The NPC is the government body responsible for administering and enforcing the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
